We are a humble, welcoming group of hardworking yet lighthearted people. We are NOT a talented group of elite athletes—though we may look like it at times! Everyone brings to the group a unique background with their own strengths and weaknesses, and none of us started with the movement skills we now possess.

We believe in being better people and better movers. Because most of us lead sedentary lifestyles and sit large portions of the day, we aim to move and improve our bodies through movement. The concept is deceptively simple yet the results are transformative.
