ONLINE COACHING (three-month program, online only)

After an initial assessment, Bren will design a personalized three-month training program for you to do at your own level. He will be available for questions and to review progress videos throughout the program.

PERSONAL TRAINING (online or in-person)

Bren will personally work with you and customize your workout depending on your goals and skill level. Each session is two hours long.

GROUP CLASSES (in-person)
